Classic English or European club sandwich.

 


Ingredients
: - a can of tuna in oil, or in its own juice, but without liquid - 1/3 cup cottage cheese (no more than 50 gr.) - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (small onion) - 1 celery stalk, finely chopped - 1 tablespoon chopped pickled cucumbers - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley and dill, chopped - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (the one with the seeds in the sauce) - salt and pepper to taste - 2 slices of bread, lightly toasted

In a bowl, mix the canned tuna, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, cucumbers, lemon juice, dill, parsley and Dijon mustard with a fork until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry two thin, large pieces of bread with bran or any gray bread in a frying pan or in a toaster. Put the tuna salad on one slice of bread, cover with the second, for convenience, the sandwich can be cut in half or into a corner in the form of 2 triangles.
