Peking cabbage salad with boiled chicken and pear

 



A simple salad for lovers of vegetable salads with added fruits. The salad is juicy, crispy, light and delicious. If the pears are fresh, then they are just good to use for cooking such dishes. Chicken meat is suitable from any part of the carcass. If you want less fat, use the breast, if you like it fatter, then take the thigh. If you like salads with mayonnaise, then season the salad with mayonnaise instead of butter. The number of ingredients is conditional, you can always add more meat, pears, cabbage and adjust the salad to your taste.


Ingredients:

Peking cabbage - 300 g. Chicken fillet - 200 g. Pear - 100 g. Olive oil - 2 tsp. White sesame seeds - 1 tsp. Salt, black pepper - to taste


- Cook a piece of chicken meat until it is ready, it takes 25-30 minutes.

The meat can be cut into large or small pieces, as you like.

- Cut the pear into small slices or cubes.

- Let's cut the Peking cabbage into not too thin strips.

- Add sesame seeds to the salad.

- Season the salad with olive oil.

- Add salt and ground black pepper to the salad to taste.

- Mix the salad and you can immediately serve it to the table.
