Dill — 5 twigs. Salt — 1 tsp . Number of servings: 30
Sift the flour.
Let's make sourdough. Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with sugar and yeast. Pour in the water and mix with a whisk. Place the bowl of sourdough in a warm place until a foam cap appears, about 30 minutes.
Mix the remaining flour with salt.
Prepare the dough. Add flour (2/3 part) to the foam dough in small parts and knead the dough.
Pour the rest of the flour onto the countertop. Remove the dough from the bowl and continue kneading. Then pour vegetable oil over the dough (2-3 tablespoons). Stir the butter into the dough. Assemble the dough into a ball and round it up. The dough should be soft and not sticky to the hands.
Grease the bowl and the dough with vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with foil and place in a warm place to raise the dough 2.5 times for 1-1.5 hours.
Knead the dough that has come up and put it in a bowl to rise for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a thick layer, cut into 2 pieces. If desired, one part can be greased with tomato ketchup.
Then cut the layer into small strips. Tie knots from each strip.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, brush with butter and lay out the blanks. Cover the baking sheet with foil and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then you can lubricate the nodules with beaten egg and sprinkle with cumin.
Bake the nodules for half an hour at 180 ° C.
Let's prepare a fragrant oil.
Chop the herbs and chop the garlic.
Pour 5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a saucepan. Bring the oil to a boil, add salt, chopped parsley and garlic and immediately remove the saucepan from the heat.
Pour or lubricate the finished nodules with glaze and sprinkle with coarse sea salt or chopped dill. Enjoy your meal!
